Shipping
MMI is a small, craft racing shop. We do not have a warehouse stocked with every part imaginable. Most of our orders are built to your specifications when you place the order. As such, there will likely be a wait associated with your order. We will do our best to communicate the estimated amount of time your order will take, though several of our parts are dependent on other manufacturers (who have their own estimated wait times).
Some parts may require additional shipping or modifications to the shipping amount and will be listed on the site as “Specialized Shipping”. We will calculate your actual shipping costs which include a number of factors including:
- Insurance
- Packing / Palleting
- Your Delivery Location Requirements (Residential, Business, Liftgate, etc.)
- Delivery Company
- We will do our best to combine your order in a way that minimizes shipping costs.
We cannot take responsibility for lost shipments. Please work directly with the carrier in the event your package is lost.
Local pickup is available. Please let us know if this is an option you’d prefer.
International shipping cannot be calculated online. Please call our shop to discuss the shipping of your order.
Return Policy
Shipping discrepancies and damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours. Returns must be made within 30 days of original order and must be unused. There are no returns on custom/special order products or sale items. Returned items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for credit. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns and a 5% fee for paid yet unshipped products.
