Description

Panhard rod kits improve rear stability while turning by not allowing the leaf springs to bow under side load.  Unbeknownst by the driver, the leaf springs actually bows when the car loads up into the turn giving the driver a feeling of uncertainty while trying to feel the edge of the cars grip or when the back will let go. This is one of the best add ons for you and your car whether you are just driving on city streets or hustling you car through the turns. The MMI panhard rod kit greatly improves your feel of your car.

The chassis bracket is designed to be a weld on component to the frame rail and the axle bracket is a bolt on that replaces the original leaf spring plate. This system also is not designed to accommodate the original rubber isolator bushing kit that houses the leaf spring. The installation time in most cases should be estimated for a first timer 3-4 hours. For an experienced installer it could be as quick as an hour or two. Exhaust can still be ran out the back of the car, however it is not designed to work with a standard kit of any kind. If you prefer to have the exhaust exit the back of the car it will need to be made by an experienced exhaust shop.
